Cate Shortland’s remarkable Lore was a visual feast, for certain, but it also tells a story that has largely been untold. I imagine that most of us have never considered the plight of the Nazi indoctrinated children after the collapse of the Third Reich. Was it their fault that they believed in their “Fuhrer”?
